The Dance Center produces the annual performance of “Nutcracker in a Nutshell”, a shorter children’s version of Tchaikovsky’s timeless holiday classic “The Nutcracker”. Clara’s magical dream comes alive with mice, soldiers, dolls, angels, flowers, snowflakes, and more. Anna Hall and Deborah Yarington have co-created a show including children of all ages and experience. They have a diverse group each season, which brings exciting energy to the stage.
